Turn off your mobile phone. Sit or lie down comfortably. If you are sitting, you should sit comfortably but with a straight back and your feet firmly on the floor. If you lie down, do not fall asleep. You should not freeze and nothing should feel uncomfortable, then stop immediately. Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Imagine that you are breathing out stress and everything that you want to get rid of. Do this calmly and in a controlled manner 5–6 times.

Next, you will breathe deeply, calmly and quietly in through your nose and out through your nose. This is an act of love for yourself. Close your eyes during the session.

Then imagine that with each breath you take, you are breathing in light through the crown chakra at the top of your head. Feel yourself filling your heart chakra with a bright, shining light. Then sit for a moment and breathe this light into your heart chakra. Take calm, deep breaths. Fill your heart chakra with light so that it glows.

Now take your hands and place them lovingly on your heart. Feel the warmth from your palms. Continue breathing in light but now as you breathe out through your nose, imagine that the light is traveling down your arms from the heart chakra into your hands and back to your heart. You breathe calmly, deeply and lovingly.

When you feel that you feel clear. Continue breathing in light now imagine that you are letting the light down through your body, legs and down to mother earth. Open your eyes and thank the light, your body and your heart.
