Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all subscription customers receive free shipping on their orders. We also offer free shipping for purchases of SEK 499 or more. A shipping fee will apply if you purchase below the free shipping limit.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is between 2-6 days and depends on which delivery option you choose.

In Sweden we offer the following shipping options: PostNord, DHL, Bring, City Mail.

How do I track my package?
You can track your order via the tracking link that you receive in an email when your order is shipped from the warehouse.
Can I change the delivery location?
Please contact us directly so we can investigate the matter. If the package has already been shipped, it is not possible to change it. After the package has been shipped, you may be able to make changes directly via the carrier's tracking link in some cases.

How do I make a return?
Pack the product securely in the same packaging/bag it was delivered in or use your own packaging/carton. Clearly mark your return with c/o GERD, Hantverkargatan 25, 962 32 Jokkmokk, Sweden. Drop off your package at the nearest post office. Save the receipt.
Does it cost to make a return?
Yes, if you want to make a return, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the time your order has been delivered.
Can I return an opened product?
No, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened packages. Do not open the products if you are returning.
Can I return a product that does not meet my personal preferences?
No, products that have been used and do not meet personal expectations are not covered by the right of return or complaint.
How do I advertise a product?
Swedish consumer law gives you the right to make a complaint about a product for up to three years from the time of purchase. For the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. The right to make a complaint only covers defects that existed during the manufacture of the product and does not apply to damage that has occurred through normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the product.
If you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at kundservice@careofgerd.se Please provide your order number, attach clear pictures of the product and describe the defect as accurately as possible. Once we have reviewed your case, we will return with notification and further instructions if the complaint is approved.
If an item needs to be returned due to damage or fault, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. For this to apply, you must always contact us first and follow the instructions you receive before sending the item back.
How do I complain/return an item I purchased from a retailer?
If you have purchased a c/o GERD product through one of our authorized retailers, the matter should be handled directly with the store where the purchase was made. Be sure to bring a valid receipt when contacting us. We can only accept returns and complaints for purchases made via www.careofgerd.se .

How does your subscription service work?
Our subscription service applies to our popular refill deodorant and is designed for those who want a convenient and sustainable solution. To start your subscription, you start by purchasing a starter pack that contains a stylish glass bottle with roll-on, cork and a refill bag.
Then you choose the scent that suits you best and which delivery interval you want – every five weeks, every two months or every quarter. The refill is then automatically sent to your home according to your chosen interval, and you can change the interval yourself at any time directly via your profile, so that the subscription always suits your needs.

Are your products organic?
Yes, all of our products are based on natural and organic ingredients and are completely free of synthetic substances, strong surfactants, parabens and sulfates.
The formulations are carefully crafted to be gentle on the skin, while delivering effective and reliable performance. We avoid unnecessary additives and focus on pure ingredients with respect for both humans and the environment.
What packaging do you use?
All our tubes are made from sugarcane plastic, a renewable material that contributes to reduced fossil emissions compared to traditional plastic. Where it is most sustainable, we also use glass packaging and regular plastic to ensure quality and function. Our outer packaging is made from recycled cardboard and helps reduce the amount of packaging material during shipping.
All of our packaging can be returned via the Bower app, making it easy to recycle and contribute to a more circular flow – download the app, scan our products and get money back while making an effort for the climate.
Are your products unisex?
Our products are designed to suit everyone, regardless of gender. The most important thing when choosing products is to consider your skin type and its needs.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
How long do your products last?
Our products have a shelf life of two years unopened and one year after opening the package. Always check the batch number on the product to see when it was manufactured.
Our balms have a long shelf life and can in many cases be used even after the expiration date, provided that the scent, consistency and color are unchanged - feel free to smell them before use.

Who is Gerd?
Gerd is the mother of the founders, Johan and Anna-Lena. They chose to name the company after her as a tribute and hence the name Care of Gerd became an obvious choice. The company’s core values are also strongly rooted in their upbringing in Norrbotten and the values that Gerd taught them – to always care for animals, nature and people.
