General terms and conditions
The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with Nature Cosmetic Group of Swedish Lapland AB – c/o GERD, 556804-5123. By ordering from c/o GERD you accept these terms and conditions, regardless of whether your order is placed via our webshop or in one of our stores.
Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 are considered cash purchases and require the approval of a guardian. c/o GERD reserves the right to any printing errors in texts and images as well as inaccuracies in product specifications for all products in the range. c/o GERD also reserves the right to correct incorrect information about product availability. For best results from our products, we recommend that you follow our care instructions. Read more on our website or contact our customer service if you have any questions.
If you are dissatisfied with products ordered online through our webshop, please contact customer service. If we are unable to satisfy your needs, you can turn to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform:

We intend to participate in the dispute resolution process.
Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties will be reviewed via http://ec.europa.eu/odr , whose recommendations we intend to follow.
Prices and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. In addition to the product price, additional payment and delivery costs may apply depending on the option you choose. Information about prices, delivery terms and payment methods is clearly displayed at checkout. The total amount to pay is clearly displayed before you approve your order.
Promotions or price reductions are applied either directly to the product or via a promotional code at checkout. Our promotions and offers are valid while stocks last or until the stated end date.
Please note: For countries outside the EU, local fees such as taxes and customs duties may apply and are payable by the customer.
Klarna checkout
In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and customize them for you. The personal data transferred is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy policy.
Switzerland only
Billpay/Klarna payment options: In order to offer Klarna payment options and assess your eligibility and adjust the payment options, we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna and Billpay during checkout. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's and Billpay's privacy policies.
You can pay at c/o GERD with Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express, which are approved for online purchases via DIBS payment solution. No additional fees are charged. The amount is reserved on your card and only charged when your products are shipped. DIBS meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card, that there is sufficient balance and that the address details are correct. We may refuse a purchase based on this information.
Discounts and gift cards
Discounts do not apply to promotional items or gift cards. Our promotions cannot be combined with each other and it is not possible to use more than one gift card or discount code per order.
If you have a discount code or gift card, enter it at checkout and activate the code. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total. If the code covers the entire order value, no additional payment will be made. If it only covers part of the purchase, you will be asked to select an additional payment method for the remaining amount.
Deliveries
At checkout you can select the available delivery method for your region and see current delivery times. We strive to have all items in stock. If a product is not available for immediate delivery, this will be clearly stated on the product and at checkout. If parts of your order cannot be delivered immediately, please contact us for partial delivery or help finding an alternative product.
If we cannot meet the agreed delivery time, we will contact you. If your package does not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. You have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if we do not meet the delivery terms.
Deliveries may be delayed during holidays, festivals or transport disruptions. Delivery changes may also occur during weekends.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your shipment is on its way.

UPS Express – 1–2 business days
Orders placed and paid for Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM (CET) will be shipped the same day.
Applies to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland.
Delivery to other countries: 1–4 business days (UPS).
Variations may occur when shipping to remote areas or due to national holidays.
Standard delivery
Order before 3:00 PM (GMT+1) Monday–Friday – your order will be shipped the same day.
Delivery time
England: 3–5 working days
Rest of EU: 4–8 working days
Outside the EU: Delivery time varies depending on country
Returns, refunds, exchanges and complaints
At c/o GERD we want you to feel safe when shopping with us and that you always have the right to cancel your purchase, exchange goods or return defective products. You as a customer are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges as well as for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the properties and function of the goods. In the event of a faulty or defective product, we will reimburse the return shipping.
Returns
All returns should be sent as follows:
Pack the product well in the same packaging or in its own carton.
Send the return form along with your order to:

Drop off the package at the nearest post office and save the receipt.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your purchase or return goods, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the day you received the goods, by letter or email. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal, provided that we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back. Refunds will preferably be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Change
For all returns, the consumer is responsible for the goods reaching c/o GERD and for shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. In the event of incorrect delivery, we are responsible for the costs. In the event of an exchange, c/o GERD is responsible for the cost of sending new products.
Refund
In the event of a refund, standard and express shipping will be reimbursed. Non-standard shipping will not be refunded. In the event of a partial return, standard shipping will not be refunded.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when delivered. Decrease in value due to use is not refundable.
Complaint
In the event of a complaint, we assess the condition of the product with regard to its expected lifespan. Only original product defects are covered by the warranty. If the complaint is approved, a replacement product will be sent in the first instance, or the full amount including shipping will be refunded.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. For private individuals, the right to complain applies for three years from receipt, but no later than two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.
Product liability
c/o GERD is not responsible for how the product is used or handled after purchase. The buyer is responsible for checking for allergies and deviations. Only information on c/o GERDS official website is current.
Force majeure
c/o GERD is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, transport or production problems, government decisions or currency fluctuations. In the event of force majeure, c/o GERD is entitled to an extended period of performance. If the situation lasts longer than two months, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement without liability for compensation.
Acceptance of subscription terms (Refill deodorant)
When you register for an account and subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. The agreement becomes binding when payment is completed.
Change of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. Significant changes will be notified by email. If you do not object within 30 days, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

Customers
Products are offered to consumers. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
Products – subscription
The subscription is for refill deodorant. You buy a starter kit and then choose a delivery interval: every five weeks, every two months or every quarter. You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time, no later than the day before the next shipment.
